Refund Policy

What you buy
Gem packs are digital items. Gems are added to your hero as soon as the payment goes through, and can be spent on cosmetics, premium themes and hero slots. Nothing bought with gems changes stats or chances in the game.
Purchases on the website and the Windows app (card)
- If a payment went through but the gems did not arrive, contact us with the date and the hero name: we add the gems or refund the payment.
- Unspent gems from a pack bought in the last 14 days can be refunded on request. Gems already spent are not refundable, because the items they bought were delivered at once.
- Charges you did not make: contact us straight away. We refund them and secure the account.
- Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.
Purchases in the Android app (Google Play)
These follow Google Play's refund rules; ask Google Play for a refund from your order history. If Google refunds a purchase, the gems are taken back from the hero.

Nothing here limits any refund rights the law of your country gives you.
